Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available yet.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship on the next business day.

Delivery time and carriers

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on order size and destination.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and you see it before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@thecuppingshop.com within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund it.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. If the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, we will resend the item or issue a refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address only if the order has not shipped yet.
