Do I need an account to get volume pricing?
No. Volume pricing is available to everyone. No registration, no approval, no waiting.
Do I need a coupon code?
No. Discounts apply automatically when you reach the quantity threshold (e.g. 250 cups for 12% off, 500 cups for 31% off).
Is there a minimum order?
You can order as few as 50 cups at standard pricing. There is no minimum order value.
Can I mix products to qualify for a tier?
Yes! You can mix and match any of our B1 to B6 cup sets to reach a volume tier. For example, 250 cups of B1 + 250 cups of B3 = 500 total, qualifying you for the Clinic tier (31% off). Tiers are based on total cup quantity across all cup products.
How do I know which pricing tier I'm in?
The product page updates automatically as you change the quantity. You'll always see the unit price and total savings before checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
What carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the order size and destination.

Are your cups medical grade?
Yes. Our cups are made from clear medical grade plastic suitable for professional clinical use.
What materials are the cups made from?
All of our B1 to B6 cups are made from clear medical grade plastic with a one way valve, so you can see the skin during treatment and hold suction with a vacuum pump.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We sell replacement vacuum pumps: the Large Cupping Pump (4 Finger) and the Small Cupping Pump (2 Finger), each available as a single pump or a pack of 3.
How do I choose the right cup size?
Cup sizes range from 2cm (B6) for the face and small areas up to 7cm (B1) for large muscle groups like the back and thighs. Each product page includes size recommendations.

Do you offer invoices for clinics?
Yes. An invoice is automatically generated with every order and sent to your email.
Can I order regularly on the same account?
Absolutely. Creating an account lets you reorder quickly and track your order history.
